Biography
Dear Reader,
Having grown up in the ranch country of western Nebraska, it was a natural evolution for me to write about the Old West, and I published fourteen historical western romances (four with Dorchester Publishing and ten with Harlequin Historicals) before writing Her Mother’s Killer. I’m a long-time member of Romance Writers of America, PASIC and HWG, my local chapter, having served in almost every capacity for my chapter-mates. I’m one of the founding fillies of Petticoats and Pistols, a popular blogsite for western romance.
In addition, I’m excited to have The Spyglass Project available! I’ve written this book, the first one in my new Secret Six series, under my pseudonym, Frankie Astuto. This book is ver-ry different than my other ones, hence the new name. Mafia, Prohibition, 1920s . . . love it! Visit Frankie’s website – www.frankieastuto.com
I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Doug, and we have four daughters. I’m looking forward to an early retirement so I can spend my days with my children and grandchildren and do what I’m most passionate about: write books.
